309.53 - REGISTRATION OF CERTIFICATE HOLDERS.

        309.53  REGISTRATION OF CERTIFICATE HOLDERS.
         The county treasurer shall enter on a record to be kept by the
      county treasurer the name and post-office address of all persons to
      whom any of said certificates are issued, with a particular
      designation of the certificates delivered to each person.
