309.49 - CONSECUTIVE NUMBERING AND PAYMENT.

        309.49  CONSECUTIVE NUMBERING AND PAYMENT.
         The series of certificates which anticipate the accruing of funds
      during a given year shall be numbered consecutively and paid in the
      order of said numbering.
