309.40 - ADVERTISEMENT AND LETTING.

        309.40  ADVERTISEMENT AND LETTING.
         All contracts for road or bridge construction work and materials
      for which the engineer's estimate exceeds fifty thousand dollars,
      except surfacing materials obtained from local pits or quarries,
      shall be advertised and let at a public letting.
