CHAPTER 309 - SECONDARY ROADS
309.12 - CONSTRUCTION OF TERMS.

        309.12  CONSTRUCTION OF TERMS.
         The classification of county road funds into "secondary road
      construction funds" and "secondary road maintenance funds" is
      hereby abolished.  Wherever in any statute the words, "secondary
      road construction fund" or "secondary road maintenance fund"
      appear, they shall be construed to mean, "secondary road fund".
