308.6 - TRANSFERRING JURISDICTION.

        308.6  TRANSFERRING JURISDICTION.
         The director of transportation, with the concurrence of the
      department of natural resources, shall transfer jurisdiction of any
      adjacent conservation area to the department of natural resources
      upon completion of a new segment of the great river road.
