307.40 - COPIES OF CONTRACTS TO LEGISLATIVE SERVICES AGENCY.

        307.40  COPIES OF CONTRACTS TO LEGISLATIVE SERVICES
      AGENCY.
         The department shall give a copy of each contract for construction
      or reconstruction of roads, streets, or bridges entered into by the
      department in which the contract price is for five million dollars or
      more to the legislative services agency.
