307.35 - INSPECTORS TO PERFORM SEVERAL FUNCTIONS.

        307.35  INSPECTORS TO PERFORM SEVERAL FUNCTIONS.
         The department shall institute a program to combine inspection
      functions where feasible and to train construction inspectors to
      perform several inspection functions to reduce the number of
      construction inspectors employed by the department and the number of
      construction inspectors required for each construction project.
