306C.9 - COMPENSATION.

        306C.9  COMPENSATION.
         Nothing in this division shall be construed as permitting the
      taking of private property or the restriction of the reasonable and
      existing uses of such property without just compensation and in
      accordance with the provisions of chapter 6B and Title 23, United
      States Code.
