306.13 - NOTICE -- REQUIREMENTS.

        306.13  NOTICE -- REQUIREMENTS.
         Said notice shall state the time and place of such hearing, the
      location of the particular road, or part thereof, or crossing, the
      vacation and closing of which is to be considered, and such other
      data as may be deemed pertinent.
