303.31 - ACTION BY COMMISSION.

        303.31  ACTION BY COMMISSION.
         The commission shall take action to enjoin any attempts to
      construct, reconstruct, alter, restore, move, or demolish any
      exterior feature, or to change the use of the property within the
      district without a certificate of appropriateness.
