CHAPTER 303 - DEPARTMENT OF CULTURAL AFFAIRS
303.29 - USE OF STRUCTURES.

        303.29  USE OF STRUCTURES.
         No change in the use of any structure or property within a
      designated historical district shall be permitted until after an
      application for a certificate of appropriateness has been submitted
      to and approved by the commission.  For purposes of this section
      "use" means the legal enjoyment of property that consists in its
      employment, exercise, or practice.
