CHAPTER 303 - DEPARTMENT OF CULTURAL AFFAIRS
303.25 - VOTING.

        303.25  VOTING.
         A person shall be qualified to vote at the referendum if such
      person is a registered voter of the area embraced by the proposed
      historic district.
         An historic preservation district is established if a majority of
      the persons voting at the referendum votes in favor of its
      establishment.
