303.21 - PETITION.

        303.21  PETITION.
         Not less than ten percent of the eligible voters in an area of
      asserted historical significance may petition the department for a
      referendum for the establishment of a district.
         The petition shall contain a description of the property suggested
      for inclusion in the district and the reasons justifying the creation
      of the district.
