61.12 JUDGMENT FILED -- EXECUTION. A transcript of the judgment rendered by such court, filed in the office of the clerk of the supreme court, shall have the force and effect of a judgment of the supreme court, and execution may issue therefrom in the first instance against the party's property generally.Section History: Early Form
