CHAPTER 60 - CONTESTING ELECTIONS OF PRESIDENTIAL ELECTORS AND CONGRESSPERSONS
60.6 - JUDGMENT.

        60.6  JUDGMENT.
         The judgment of the court shall determine which of the parties to
      the action is entitled to hold the office and shall be authenticated
      by the presiding judge and clerk of the court and filed with the
      secretary of state; and the judgment so rendered shall constitute a
      final determination of the title to the office, and a certificate of
      appointment shall be issued to the successful party.
