54.8 - CERTIFICATE OF GOVERNOR.

        54.8  CERTIFICATE OF GOVERNOR.
         When so met, the said electors shall proceed, in the manner
      pointed out by law, with the election, and the governor shall duly
      certify the result thereof, under the seal of the state, to the
      United States secretary of state, and as required by Act of Congress
      relating to such elections.
