CHAPTER 50 - CANVASS OF VOTES
50.6 - VOTES IN EXCESS OF VOTER DECLARATIONS.

        50.6  VOTES IN EXCESS OF VOTER DECLARATIONS.
         If the number of votes cast for any office or on any question
      exceeds the number of voters' declarations of eligibility signed as
      required by section 49.77, such fact shall be certified, with the
      number of the excess, in the return.
