50.40 - RECORD OF CANVASS.

        50.40  RECORD OF CANVASS.
         The state commissioner shall file the abstracts when received and
      shall have the same bound in book form to be kept by the state
      commissioner as a record of the result of said state election, to be
      known as the state election book.
