50.32 - ENDORSEMENT ON OTHER ENVELOPE.

        50.32  ENDORSEMENT ON OTHER ENVELOPE.
         The envelope for offices other than governor and lieutenant
      governor shall be endorsed substantially in the manner provided in
      section 50.31, with changes necessary to indicate the particular
      offices, and shall be addressed, "To the State Commissioner of
      Elections".
