CHAPTER 50 - CANVASS OF VOTES
50.23 - MESSENGERS FOR MISSING TALLY LISTS.

        50.23  MESSENGERS FOR MISSING TALLY LISTS.
         The commissioner shall send messengers for all tally lists not
      received in the commissioner's office by noon of the day following
      the election.  The expense of securing such tally lists shall be paid
      by the county.
