50.17 RETURN OF ELECTION REGISTER.
The precinct election register prepared for each election,
together with the ballots to be returned pursuant to section 50.12,
if any, and the signed and attested tally list, shall be delivered to
the commissioner by one of the precinct election officials by noon of
