CHAPTER 50 - CANVASS OF VOTES
50.10 - RECORD OF BALLOTS RETURNED.

        50.10  RECORD OF BALLOTS RETURNED.
         The commissioner shall enter on the record maintained as required
      by section 49.65 a notation of the number and character of the
      ballots returned from each precinct, and the time when and the person
      by whom they are returned.
