49.88 LIMITATION ON PERSONS IN BOOTH AND TIME FOR VOTING. 1. No more than one person shall be allowed to occupy any voting booth at any time. The use of cameras, cellular telephones, pagers, or other electronic communications devices in the voting booth is prohibited. 2. a. Nothing in this section shall prohibit assistance to voters under section 49.90. b. This section does not prohibit a voter from taking minor children into the voting booth with the voter.Section History: Early Form
