CHAPTER 49 - METHOD OF CONDUCTING ELECTIONS
49.87 - PROHIBITED BALLOT -- TAKING BALLOT FROM POLLING PLACE.

        49.87  PROHIBITED BALLOT -- TAKING BALLOT FROM POLLING
      PLACE.
         No voter shall vote or offer to vote any ballot except such as the
      voter has received from the precinct election officials, nor take or
      remove any ballot from the polling place before the close of the
      poll.
