CHAPTER 49 - METHOD OF CONDUCTING ELECTIONS

        49.83  NAMES TO BE MARKED ON ELECTION REGISTER.
         The name of each voter shall be marked on the election register by
      a precinct election official when the voter's declaration of
      eligibility has been approved by the officials.
