49.36 - CANDIDATES OF NONPARTY ORGANIZATION.

        49.36  CANDIDATES OF NONPARTY ORGANIZATION.
         The term "group of petitioners" as used in section 49.32 shall
      embrace an organization which is not a political party as defined by
      law.
