CHAPTER 49 - METHOD OF CONDUCTING ELECTIONS
49.101 - DEFECTIVE BALLOT DOES NOT NULLIFY VOTE.

        49.101  DEFECTIVE BALLOT DOES NOT NULLIFY VOTE.
         No ballot properly marked by the voter shall be rejected:
         1.  Because of any discrepancy between the printed ballot and the
      nomination paper, or certificate of nomination, or certified abstract
      of the canvassing board.
         2.  Because of any error in stamping or writing the endorsement
      thereon by the officials charged with such duties.
         3.  Because of any error on the part of the officer charged with
      such duty in delivering the wrong ballots at any polling place.
