633A.4212 - PRIOR FIDUCIARIES.

        633A.4212  PRIOR FIDUCIARIES.
         A trustee shall take reasonable steps to do all of the following:
         1.  Compel a former trustee or other fiduciary to deliver trust
      property to the trustee.
         2.  Redress a breach of trust known to the trustee to have been
      committed by a prior trustee or other fiduciary.
