CHAPTER 523I - IOWA CEMETERY ACT
523I.808 - EXAMINATION FEE.

        523I.808  EXAMINATION FEE.
         An examination fee shall be submitted with the cemetery's annual
      report in an amount equal to five dollars for each certificate of
      interment rights issued during the fiscal year covered by the report.
      The cemetery may charge the examination fee directly to the purchaser
      of the interment rights.
