523I.506 - COMMINGLING OF CARE FUNDS BY GOVERNMENTAL SUBDIVISIONS.

        523I.506  COMMINGLING OF CARE FUNDS BY GOVERNMENTAL
      SUBDIVISIONS.
         A governmental subdivision subject to this section may commingle
      care funds for more than one cemetery for the purposes of investment
      and administration and may file a single report, if each cemetery is
      appropriately identified and separate records are maintained for each
      cemetery.
