523I.302 - INSTALLATION OF OUTER BURIAL CONTAINERS.

        523I.302  INSTALLATION OF OUTER BURIAL CONTAINERS.
         A cemetery shall provide services necessary for the installation
      of outer burial containers or other similar merchandise sold by the
      cemetery.  This section shall not require the cemetery to provide for
      opening and closing of interment or entombment space, unless an
      agreement executed by the cemetery expressly provides otherwise.
