523I.214 - VIOLATIONS OF LAW -- REFERRALS TO THE IOWA DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC HEALTH.

        523I.214  VIOLATIONS OF LAW -- REFERRALS TO THE IOWA
      DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC HEALTH.
         If the commissioner discovers a violation of a provision of this
      chapter or any other state law or rule concerning the disposal or
      transportation of human remains, the commissioner shall forward all
      evidence in the possession of the commissioner concerning such a
      violation to the Iowa department of public health for such
      proceedings as the Iowa department of public health deems
      appropriate.
