CHAPTER 523I - IOWA CEMETERY ACT
523I.213B - VENUE.

        523I.213B  VENUE.
         All actions relating to the enforcement of this chapter shall be
      governed by the laws of the state of Iowa.  Venue of any action
      relating to enforcement of this chapter may be in a court of
      competent jurisdiction in Polk county, at the discretion of the
      commissioner.
