        523I.210  MISREPRESENTATIONS OF GOVERNMENT APPROVAL.

         It is unlawful for a seller under this chapter to represent or
      imply in any manner that the seller has been sponsored, recommended,
      or approved, or that the seller's abilities or qualifications have in
      any respect been passed upon by the commissioner.
