CHAPTER 523D - RETIREMENT FACILITIES
523D.8 - CRIMINAL PENALTIES.

        523D.8  CRIMINAL PENALTIES.
         1.  A person who violates a provision of this chapter or a rule
      adopted or order entered pursuant to this chapter commits a
      fraudulent practice as provided in chapter 714.
         2.  This chapter does not limit the power of the state to punish
      any person for any conduct which constitutes a crime under any other
      statute.
