CHAPTER 523C - RESIDENTIAL SERVICE CONTRACTS
523C.4 - LICENSE EXPIRATION AND RENEWAL.

        523C.4  LICENSE EXPIRATION AND RENEWAL.
         Each license issued under this chapter shall expire on June 30
      next following the date of issuance.  If the service company
      maintains in force the surety bond described in section 523C.5 and if
      its license is not subject to or under suspension or revocation under
      section 523C.9, its license shall be renewed by the commissioner upon
      receipt by the commissioner on or before the expiration date of a
      renewal application accompanied by the items required by section
      523C.3, subsection 2, paragraphs "b", "c", "d", and "e", and
      section 523C.15.  If the commissioner denies renewal of the license,
      the denial shall be in writing setting forth the grounds for denial
      and shall be accompanied by a refund of fifty percent of the license
      renewal fee.
