CHAPTER 523C - RESIDENTIAL SERVICE CONTRACTS
523C.2 - LICENSE REQUIRED.

        523C.2  LICENSE REQUIRED.
         A person shall not issue a residential service contract or
      undertake or arrange to perform services pursuant to a residential
      service contract unless the person is a corporation or other form of
      organization approved by the commissioner by rule and is a licensed
      service company.
