CHAPTER 521F - RISK=BASED CAPITAL REQUIREMENTS FOR HEALTH ORGANIZATIONS
521F.1 - PURPOSE.



        521F.1  PURPOSE.
         The purpose of this chapter is to establish minimum capital
      requirements for health organizations that will provide protection
      related to the risks to which an individual health organization may
      be subject including, but not limited to, the health organization's
      assets risk, underwriting risk, credit risk, and other business risk.
