CHAPTER 521 - CONSOLIDATION, MERGER, AND REINSURANCE

        521.5  COMMISSION CREATED.
         A commission consisting of the commissioner of insurance and the
      attorney general is hereby created to hear and determine the
      application and to approve, disapprove, or require modification of
      the plan prior to approval.
