521.13 - REINSURANCE TRANSACTIONS -- EXEMPTION.

        521.13  REINSURANCE TRANSACTIONS -- EXEMPTION.
         Reinsurance as provided in sections 515.49, 518.17, 518A.44, and
      520.21 is exempt from the requirements of this chapter.
