518A.41 - INSURANCE PRODUCERS TO BE LICENSED.

        518A.41  INSURANCE PRODUCERS TO BE LICENSED.
         A person or corporation shall not solicit an application for
      insurance for any association in this state without having procured
      from the commissioner of insurance a license authorizing the person
      or corporation to act as an insurance producer.
