CHAPTER 518 - COUNTY MUTUAL INSURANCE ASSOCIATIONS
518.3 - CERTIFICATE -- RECORDING.

        518.3  CERTIFICATE -- RECORDING.
         If the commissioner of insurance approves the articles of
      incorporation, the commissioner shall so certify and the articles
      with the certificates of approval shall then be recorded and
      certified by the secretary of state.
