CHAPTER 518 - COUNTY MUTUAL INSURANCE ASSOCIATIONS
518.27 - FORM -- APPROVAL.

        518.27  FORM -- APPROVAL.
         The form of all policies, applications, agreements, and
      endorsements modifying the provisions of policies, and all permits
      and riders used in this state, issued or proposed to be issued by a
      county mutual insurance association doing business in this state
      under the provisions of this chapter, shall first be examined and
      approved by the commissioner of insurance.
