CHAPTER 518 - COUNTY MUTUAL INSURANCE ASSOCIATIONS
518.13A - ASSESSMENTS PROHIBITED.

        518.13A  ASSESSMENTS PROHIBITED.
         An association doing business under this chapter shall not levy an
      assessment on any member of the association.
