CHAPTER 516 - LIABILITY POLICIES == UNSATISFIED JUDGMENTS
516.3 - LIMITATION ON ACTION.

        516.3  LIMITATION ON ACTION.
         Said action may be brought against said insurer within one hundred
      eighty days from the entry of judgment in case no appeal is taken,
      and, in case of appeal, within one hundred eighty days after the
      judgment is affirmed on appeal, anything in the policy or statutes to
      the contrary notwithstanding.
