CHAPTER 515 - INSURANCE OTHER THAN LIFE
515.68A - FOREIGN COMPANIES -- REINSURANCE.

        515.68A  FOREIGN COMPANIES -- REINSURANCE.
         A foreign company authorized to do business in this state shall
      not assumptively reinsure a block of business which includes
      policyholders residing in this state to a company not authorized to
      do business in this state without the prior written approval of the
      commissioner.
