515.33 - RECORD AND INSPECTION.

        515.33  RECORD AND INSPECTION.
         The directors shall keep full and correct entries of their
      transactions, which shall at all times be open to the inspection of
      the stockholders if a stock company, or policyholders if a mutual
      company, and to the inspection of persons invested by law with the
      right thereof.
