515.150 - VIOLATIONS.
515.150 VIOLATIONS. It shall be unlawful for any officer, manager, or agent of any insurance company or association who, with knowledge that it is doing business in an unlawful manner, or is insolvent, to solicit or receive applications for insurance with the company or association, or to do any other act or thing toward procuring or receiving any new business for such company or association.Section History: Early Form
