515.142 - TRANSFERS PENDING INVESTIGATION.

        515.142  TRANSFERS PENDING INVESTIGATION.
         Any transfer of the stock of any company organized under this
      chapter, made pending any investigation, shall not release the party
      making the transfer from any liability for losses which may have
      accrued previous to such transfer.
