515.135 - PRESUMPTION AS TO VALUE.

        515.135  PRESUMPTION AS TO VALUE.
         In any action brought in any court in this state on any policy of
      insurance for the loss of any building so insured, the amount stated
      in the policy shall be received as prima facie evidence of the
      insurable value of the property at the date of the policy.
